About Me & Services
Meet Dr. James R. Harris
I’m a clinical psychologist approaching two decades of experience helping individuals, couples, and families uncover deeper insight, process complex emotions, and build lives and relationships with stronger boundaries and a greater sense of purpose.
I am an expert in happiness and positive psychology and have extensive trainings in psychoanalytic psychotherapy and couples therapy. I take an integrative approach, bringing together well-known and effective treatment styles tailored to my patients’ goals.
I also work closely with members of the Jewish community, especially those navigating grief, trauma, and identity in the aftermath of October 7. My work is informed not just by clinical expertise, but also by a deep understanding of the surrounding cultural and spiritual layers.
