My dissertation was published on the clinical applications of happiness research illustrating Positive Psychology interventions in sessions and treatment plans.
I have given presentations on happiness and how to assist patients in discovering their inner strengths and resources. I completed a Postdoctoral Fellowship at the Wright Institute Los Angeles in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy. I also have extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Emotion-Focused Couples Therapy (EFT).
